PrestigePEO has made enhancements to the PrestigePEO Renewal Portal to provide our clients with a simplified way to make contribution selections. Below are some tools you can use to explore the new changes and efficiently review or update your enrollment choices for the coming year.

Client Manager Open Enrollment PrestigePEO Renewal Portal

The PrestigePEO Renewal Portal can be accessed through your PrestigePRO Manager Portal and offers an intuitive selection system for your contributions. You can build comparison models based on different contribution levels and get comprehensive information on each plan to pick the best one for your business. It also contains detailed rate information and cost breakdowns for each employee benefits plan your company offers.* 

*Please note that the Renewal Portal can only provide estimates as the final cost will depend on individual employee elections.

What Your Benefits-Eligible Employees Should Expect

Submit your final plan designs, contributions, and renewal grids to your PrestigePEO Benefits Specialist by the end of September deadline. Once your decisions are finalized, we will email your benefits-eligible employees an invitation to log into the PrestigePRO Employee Portal. They will be contacted directly with important information such as your company’s enrollment deadline.  

Don’t forget: changes to employee elections will take effect on November 1, 2025, and updated payroll deductions will take effect in the first pay period of November. 

Tips for Using the PrestigePEO Renewal Portal

Our goal is to deliver the best experience possible for you and your clients. To ensure a smooth Open Enrollment season, please follow these tips:

  1. Rate Menu Comparisons – This feature enables you to select one current plan with enrollment and compare alternative plans back to it showing the calculation of monthly and annual cost.
  2. Employee Census Report – The Census Report provides clients with a quick view of the benefit plan each employee is currently enrolled in. It outlines key details to support accurate contribution modeling. Use this information to analyze plan selections, cost distribution, and state-based eligibility.
  3. Dashboard Access: When you log in, your Benefits and Sales reps’ contact information will be displayed on the dashboard for any questions you may have.
  4. Model Creation and User Tracking: You can see which user created a model. To prevent contribution model overrides, only one user (broker or client) can make changes at a time. If you plan to assist your client with their contribution strategy, we suggest setting up a screen share to view the system together. Note that you can create up to three (3) models.
  5. Preparation: Before creating your first contribution model, download and review the 2025 and 2026 Full Rate Benefits Menus. Click “Full Rate Benefit Menus” on the left side of your screen to access comprehensive plan information, including deductibles and network details. This review will help you make informed decisions about your 2025 and 2026 benefits offerings. Additionally, you can compare plans side-by-side to guide your decision-making process.
  6. Model Management: Models can be downloaded as an Excel workbook. Currently, there is no functionality for uploading changes, so any modifications to the workbook must be manually added back to the model. Enhancements for future seasons are being considered.
  7. Renewal Grid: The renewal grid now displays the rate change with two decimal places, providing a more accurate renewal adjustment.
  8. Contribution Shortcut: If you and your client decide not to make any changes for the upcoming year, the Contribution Shortcut feature will be helpful. This is ideal for clients with a simple strategy who are not looking to change the plans offered to employees. Additionally, this Shortcut allows you to assign the full renewal increase to the company.

Employee Status Report

Client Managers will have access to an employee status report that indicates which employees have completed the Open Enrollment process, who is in progress, and who has not started. 

Here’s how to access the report and monitor your employees’ statuses: 

  1. Ensure your browser settings allow pop-ups from our site and log in to the PrestigePRO Manager Portal.
  2. Locate the search bar in the top right corner of the PrestigePRO home screen.
  3. Type “enrollment status report by workflow” in the search bar and click enter.
  4. This will generate a pop-up window. When it appears, locate the “workflow type” field and select “enrollment” from the drop-down menu.
  5. Verify that your company ID number in the “Client ID number” field is correct. If not, manually enter your 5-digit PrestigePEO client ID.
  6. You do not need to fill out any other fields.
  7. Locate the “Run” button at the bottom of the page and the report will generate shortly.
