Melissa Marri Cote brings more than 25 years of experience in the benefits industry to her role as Vice President of Operations at PrestigePEO. Known for her strategic leadership and operational expertise, Melissa oversees Implementation and Benefits Operations, driving process improvement and technology optimization across the organization.
Before joining PrestigePEO, Melissa served as Vice President of Implementation and Operations for a Third-Party Administrator (TPA), where she built the company’s Implementation Department from the ground up. Her collaborative approach united internal and external teams to deliver seamless onboarding and an exceptional client experience.
Throughout her career, Melissa has held leadership roles spanning Sales, Account Management, Client Success, Project Management, and Vendor Relations. Her deep industry knowledge and passion for operational excellence continue to strengthen PrestigePEO’s commitment to efficiency, innovation, and client satisfaction.
