We're thrilled to kickstart the onboarding journey with you. The following details are designed to assist you through this process and guarantee a seamless transition.

Introductory Kick-off Call

  • Review your company’s set-up details including HR, payroll, worker’s compensation,  retirement plans, and supplementary offerings.
  • Establish timeline for Implementation.

Implementation Documentation

  • PPACA Ownership
  • Charge Wire Bank Letter
  • Detailed Employee Data
  • Payroll Register
  • Payroll Training Schedule
  • IRS Determination Letter/SS-4
  • Year-to-Date Reports
  • Client State Unemployment Tax Account Information
  • Termination of prior Services/Benefits/WC/Tax Accounts – Implementation Specialist will advise.
*Additional documents may be required.

Implementation Meetings

  • E-Hire & Admin Training – During this training your Implementation Specialist will review administrative functions within the PrestigePRO platform such as adding a New Hire, Certifying I-9s, changing Pay Rates and Positions, Employee Terminations, and reviewing Onboarding Status reports.
  • Employee Benefits Enrollment Presentation – All employees will meet their dedicated Prestige Benefits Specialist and HR Business Partner, who will provide an overview of the onboarding process within PrestigePRO and an in-depth explanation of the benefits available.
  • Payroll Training – During this training your Payroll Specialist will review how to submit payroll and review employee data.

Employee Onboarding

  • Employees will receive a registration email after the enrollment meeting to begin onboarding onto PrestigePRO.
  • Employee I-9s are required to be certified by the company administrator/manager.
  • Employees can elect or waive benefits in PrestigePRO.

Process First Payroll

  • Each employee must complete onboarding to be paid through Prestige.
  • Year-to-Date reports received and entered prior to first payroll processing.

Implementation Complete

Once the first two payrolls have been processed, your account will be transitioned to your dedicated Prestige specialists.
